What Shipping Methods Are Available?

It depends on the product vendors method of shipment. We offer a wide variety of shipment methods for your choice. Shipping includes ePacket, EMS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, China Post Registered Mail, Standard Shipping, Aramax, TNT, Premium Shipping, SunYou, Cainiao, Sellers Shipping Method, China Post Ordinary Small Packet, Singpost, Hong Kong Post, Pos Malaysia and others.

Yes, We ship to more than 100 countries worldwide

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs.

Can I select my shipping preferences?

Yes. You can select the various shipping methods available for each product from the checkout page and editing the shipping fields below each product on the checkout page.

How can I protect myself from late deliveries?

Always check the seller’s On-time Delivery guarantee time and make sure your desired delivery date falls within this time-frame.

What can I do if my order doesn't arrive within the seller's guaranteed delivery time?

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order. You can also feel free to email us at or through our website contact us form

The items I received were not as described by the seller. What can I do?

Any product delivered to you that fails to match the seller’s description is eligible for a refund. You can also work out a solution that is agreeable to both you and the seller. Please email us at or through our website contact us form

What is the shipping cost?

Most of the products have free shipping. If there is shipping cost for some items, the price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed shipping information is visible in the checkout page. You can select your prefered shipping method below the product’s shipping field on the checkout page. If you have placed order for several products, please note that each product got different shipping methods. You can choose and edit your prefered shippinh methods below each product’s shipping optional field on the checkout page.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer a variety of payment methods. We have 2 major payment platforms. They are Paypal and Stripe. Among them you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover and Union Pay.

Is your site safe to use our credit card?

All payments are processed securely and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. All payment pages are secured using SSL with encryption strength of up to 256-Bit. 256-bit encryption is a data/file encryption technique that uses a 256-bit key to encrypt and decrypt data or files. All payment data is transmitted securely, in the case of credit/debit card payments we will not store your card details unless you indicate you would like us to save them for future use. If you do choose to save your card details all the data will be encrypted using 256-Bit AES encryption methods which have been certified for use by government and military. Your card details will never be displayed in full and they will not be used unless you initiate a top-up or have scheduled an automatic top-up payment. If submitting payment via PayPal we do not have access to any sensitive payment details, we will only store your PayPal email address in association to your invoice and associated transaction information.

What is Paypal?

Paypal offers a highly secure method to send money from your credit card, bank account, or stored online credit, without telling online shops your confidential credit card numbers. Gearbest staff will never ask you for your full credit card numbers or Paypal login details. For your own security, please do not give this information to anyone (including our staff) and do not click on links inside emails purporting to be from Paypal. charge you a fee for uploading money to their system or making payments. Please check on their relevant information pages for specific details.

ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

STEP 1.

Click on the product that you are interested in.

1. Choose a size of the product if available.

2. You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.

3. Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right.

4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.

5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “BASKET” button.

You can also add the product you are interested in to the “Wish list” and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered user for the product to be permanently saved on the list).

To view the wish list, log in to 4fstore.com by entering your username and password, then click on “Your Account” button on the menu on the top. In the next step, select “WISH LIST” and then “Saved” from the tabs of the left.

STEP 2

In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.

If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the “x” on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.

If you have a promo code, click on the “PROMO CODE” button on the left and a box will pop up. Enter your promo code in the box and click “APPLY”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the items in your cart.

To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”¨.

In the checkout page, you can select your prefered shipping method below the product’s detail. Click the shipping field and you can see the list of shipping methods available with the shipping cost which when you select will then auto update the new shipping cost in the payment amount due. Please note that every product you added to your cart will have different shipping methods and pricing if any due to different vendors. So you need to select your prefered shipping method of each of every products

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Click on“My Account”and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down.
  • Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button & fill out the cancellation request form.
  • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.
  • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.
  • Select your cancellation reason.
  • Click on “Submit”.

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product if the product is not the same as ordered or is not in good condition or working properly.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can use the tracking number to help find out when your shipment will arrive.

Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email

  1. Open the email account you used to place your order.
  2. Search for a shipping confirmation email from Halaal Market.
  3. If you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the one you want to track.
  4. To track your parcel, go to track your shipment page using the tracking number. You can also find the Track Your Parcel page from our website.

How Can I Return a Product?

This depends on a variety of things, if the order has not yet been shipped after 7 days, you should be able to cancel easily and get your money refunded. However if the item has already been shipped or arrived it may be difficult. Please read further from our refund policy page.

Can I pay COD - cash on delivery?

No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We strongly recommend that you provide a physical address to facilitate order delivery.

If there is some problem receiving the delivery due to Customs?

Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax that may incur.

About customs tax

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Halaal Market is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

What is Buyer Money Back Protection?

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. Alternately if the order has not yet been shipped after 7 days, you should be able to cancel easily and get your money refunded also. If your item is delivered missing some of its parts?

If a key part of your product is missing on delivery, here is how we can solve the problem for you:

  • Contact us first, with your order number and product code; we will help to clarify what part is missing.
  • For major, expensive and integral product parts we may need to follow it up as a “lost/stolen in delivery”
  • If the part is small or an accessory, we will most likely be able to help you by simply re-sending it.

Are all products on Halaal Market original and genuine?

Yes, we are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure this: any seller found to be selling non-genuine products will immediately be delisted from Halaal Market.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

Some of our products are offered by different sellers. That allows you to chose your preferred offer.

Are the prices on Halaal Market negotiable?

Prices on Halaal Market are not negotiable. Halaal Market has hundreds of sellers which offer you the best prices and deals.

Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order from Halaal Market?

There are no hidden charges when you order from Halaal Market. All cost are 100% visible on the checkout page which includes Product Price + Shipment Charges if any.

I haven't received the invoice for my order

A hard copy of the invoice should always be sent along with your order. If you have not received an invoice. Please check your inbox, we’ve also send your invoice on your registered email address within 24 hours once your order is marked delivered on our system. Note: You are requested to check your Inbox/ Spam/ Junk tabs on your email address, still if you didn’t receive your invoice, feel free to email us at or through our website contact us form

Where can I find more detailed information about a product?

The detailed information can be found under the “Description” and “Specifications” tabs on the product pages. Just click the “View More” tab if needed.
